We partner with professional coaches in refining their unique coaching style while building confidence, presence, humility, courage, and mastery in executive and leadership coaching.
Income-sensitive pricing is available for individual and self-pay coaching packages. A discovery call is required to discuss and determine a pricing structure that suits the individual’s unique circumstances.

Individual Mentor Coaching
$100 per hour | Up to 10 sessions

Group Mentor Coaching
3 Months | $600
Next live virtual cohort begins Spring 2024
This experience meets the ICF mentor coaching requirement of up to 7 hours of group mentor coaching for credential renewal and application.
Our Approach to Mentor Coaching
We work with professional coaches invested in their growth as a practitioner. As an ICF credentialed coach (PCC level), Dr. Melissa Álvarez Mangual will listen to the recording you submit with a keen eye to the ACC or PCC markers the ICF has determined are the standards for securing and/or re-certifying your credentials. She will document the ratings for each competency (for your records/reference) and engage in a dynamic introspective, forward focused, and practice shifting discussion with you in each mentor coaching session.
