We curate small groups of 6-8 aspiring executive women of color, your personal advisory board. The personal advisory board is matched with an executive coach who facilitates monthly 1.5 hour group coaching sessions and shares curated resources based on what emerges in the group. Your board stays connected in between sessions using a private online community.

We meet virtually via video conferencing. Each session is one-and-a-half hours, packed full of useful information, ground-breaking strategies, and community support.
Our program delivers high-quality content on a range of topics, from narrowing in on your goals, identifying and dealing with acts of exclusion, and self-care practices.
You will be matched with 6-8 similarly positioned professional women who are leaders in their organizations and are working their way to executive-level leadership.
We’ve sourced resources just for you! Access them anytime and support your personal and professional growth in between sessions.

Join our exclusive community of like-minded women leaders of color with eyes set on the C-Suite.
You will be matched with 6-8 similarly positioned professional women who are leaders in their organizations working their way to executive-level leadership. You will have an ICF certified executive coach facilitating the group gatherings using a coaching approach.
We will meet once per month online for 1.5 hours. To supplement our sessions, you will be able to read and download curated online resources that are accessible at any time in our private online community.
Each month, we talk about something different, covering topics ranging from identifying and responding effectively to acts of exclusion to self-care and preservation.
Participation and attendance: We meet once a month over Zoom. If your application is accepted, you will be asked to identify the days of the week/time of day that works best for you. I will use that information to create a schedule that best fits all participants.
Is there homework? Yes, you will identify the actions you want, need and are ready to take in between gatherings. You’ll have about a month to test out new mindsets, behaviors, and approaches to determine what will work best for you in your context going forward.
You can post articles and videos, ask questions, and send messages to your personal advisory Board through our exclusive online community space.
You are eligible to receive a full refund up to a week before the start of the program. After the program has begun, you may make a refund request within the first 7 days of the date of the first session to receive 75 percent of the total cost back; alternatively, participants who request a refund within the first 7 days of the first session may apply the full cost of the program towards the next program start date or 1:1 coaching; coaching credits must be used within 6 months of the refund request.
